As a problem-solving service provider, the mission of theCubes is to support cities and municipalities in the design and implementation of real estate infrastructures of the future.
And thus to present society with a new, attractive and competitively priced housing concept and become the most customer-oriented company in the global housing market. In doing so, our focus is on both the constantly evolving expectations of residents and the rapidly changing needs of society.

The knowledge, technology and resources are in place to implement our mission across the board and thus provide people with a new, innovative living experience. Our mission is being implemented with a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency that significantly exceeds the requirements of today's building codes, and with a speed of construction that is not even remotely comparable to conventional building methods.

However, other factors besides building physics, geography and economics also form the mission of theCubes. A suitable digital strategy and a community experience will meet the ever faster evolving expectations.

Industrial Manufacturing
Our lightweight steel modules are pre-fabricated in an industrial process and feature custom insulation packaged within patented monolithic structure, allowing for more living space to be retained than through conventional insulation methodologies.
Sustainability
We only use recycled shipping containers which have been transformed to high-quality living space, thereby significantly extending their life cycle. In addition, less ground sealing work is required compared to conventional building methods.
Scalability
The rapid changeability and adaptability of the individual units forms the basis for scalable building. Our grid-hybrid building method allows for modules to be easily added/removed, enabling maximum flexibility and changing the look of the buildings in their entirety.

THECUBES SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
theCubes has set itself the goal of assuming social responsibility and playing an active role in shaping society. At this point it is necessary to look at this topic in a differentiated way.
Living, as most people understand this term nowadays, cannot be seen as a socially beneficial matter. Living for rent currently means moving in, living and moving out again at some point. Establishing good contacts in the living environment, e.g. through neighbors, is difficult and therefore rare.

Housing should only be one-sided and anonymous if this is also desired by the resident. Young people in particular, who move to a completely new city, find it difficult to make new contacts from their immediate living environment. As a result, society loses enormous potential for considerable social added value.
Social contacts and «living together" are an important part of all cultures. But when it comes to housing, there are currently hardly any solutions to escape the one-sidedness. Paradoxically, it is precisely the tenants who live together with hundreds of other tenants in huge housing complexes who live most anonymously.
Social housing is unfortunately scarce in many places. theCubes is already in talks with various cities to get homeless and socially disadvantaged people off the streets in the form of sustainable micro-apartments and create added value for society.

As such, theCubes offering is tailored to the customer experience. With an innovative digital offering in the form of our own theCubes app and maximum flexibility, we simplify the lives of our Cubies, making booking an apartment as easy as ordering a plane ticket online.

Through theCubes app, we enable our Cubies to have 360° Virtual Tours, easily book an apartment as well as additional on-demand services, a variety of self-services such as customizing personal information or rental duration, keyless access to your apartment and much more.

In addition, the on-demand services theCubes offers have been selected to maximize comfortable living. In this sense offers theCubes a personal cleaning service, linen and towel service, ironing service, covered parking with e-car compatibility, secured bike parking, free Wi-Fi and TV channels, and its own mini-supermarket.
Our ambition is to positively shape the socio- demographic change in society and grow together with a new generation of tenants who share the same sustainable values. However, we are not satisfied with the terminology «customers» and «tenants»; we therefore refer to them as «Cubies».

theCubes places enormous emphasis on a thoughtful customer experience strategy and therefore puts the Cubies at the center and tailors the solutions and services around them. The Cubies should enjoy a unique living experience.
